It is a national high-tech enterprise specialized in the manufacture and sales of synthetic latex ( Nitrile Latex, SBR Latex, Pyridine Latex, etc. ). Tianchen is a national-level specialized and special "little giant" in China's latex field, it is a Chinese provincial-level scientific and technological little giant, and it is a leading "double giant" enterprise integrating R&D and production in the industry. Currently it serves as a member unit of the Synthetic Glue Sub-Technical Committee of the China Glue and Glue Products Standardization Committee, and it is also a vice-chairman unit of the Synthetic Latex Branch of the China Synthetic Glue Industry Association. As one of the Chinese national standard-setting units for carboxylated nitrile latex, carboxylated butylpyrrole latex and carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex, it has established long-term cooperative relationships with many leading companies in the industry. At the same time, we are also a strategic partner and joint stock company of INTCO MEDICAL (300677). The company cooperates closely with many universities and is the first post-doctoral workstation in Pujiang County.
The company has more than 10 advanced production lines, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of SBR Latex, Nitrile Latex and Pyridine Latex. It covers an area of 60 mu, with a total investment of 400 million yuan. All production lines adopt the most advanced instruments, like DCS automatic control system and ESD safety control system from E&H in the United States, Toledo in Germany and Yokogawa in Japan. With intelligent manufacturing and advanced technology, the products can be produced in batches of 600 tons, which fully guarantees the excellence of products and the stability of quality.
