SBR Latex

It is made by emulsion polymerization of different proportions of styrene and butadiene.

According to the difference in styrene content, emulsifier, polymerization temperature, etc., there are many varieties, with different properties and uses. Used as a coating adhesive, the ratio of styrene to butadiene is (60-50):(40-50), milky white emulsion, with a solid content of about 45%-50%, negatively charged, pH 9.0- 10.5. After coating, the coated paper achieves the highest pigment bond strength and wet rub resistance. Increasing the amount of styrene will increase the gloss, but it will increase the "hardness" of the coated paper. Usually mixed with casein, modified starch, etc. SBR latex is widely used in the printing and dyeing industry, latex products, fiber fabric impregnation, tire impregnation, coating adhesive and other industrial sectors.

Nitrile Latex, also known as NBR, Buna-N, and acrylonitrile butadiene glue, is a synthetic glue derived from acrylonitrile (ACN) and butadiene. Trade names include Perbunan, Nipol, Krynac and Europrene. This rubber is unusual in being resistant to oil, fuel and other chemicals.

NBR is used in the automotive and aeronautical industry to make fuel and oil handling hoses, seals, grommets and self-sealing fuel tanks. It is used in the nuclear industry to make protective gloves. NBR's stability at temperatures from -40 - 30 °C makes it an ideal material for aeronautical applications. Nitrile butadiene is also used to produce moulded goods, footwear, adhesives, sealants, sponges, expanded foams and floor mats.

The resilience makes NBR a useful material for disposable lab, cleaning and examination gloves.

Pyridine Latex

Pyridine Latex is mainly used to impregnate cord fabrics and fabrics, which is widely used in the bonding of glue products such as automobile tires, aircraft tires, glue hoses, conveyor belts and spouts.
